Managing Director
Mohd Najid Yahya
He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, United Kingdom. He obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Rockhampton, Michigan, USA.
His excellent leadership and academic background has taken him through the corporate ladder of various organizations before landing himself at FGV Holdings Berhad as the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2014 until August 2018. Currently, he is a Senior Business Partner of Malaysian Institute of Human Resource (MIHRM), Academic Board Joint Committee members of UiTM – MIHRM and Managing Director of MNY Pillar Automotive as well as Managing Director, Pillar Consultancy focusing on Human Resource services and freelance lecturing.
Prior to joining FGV, Najid was the Regional Head, Human Capital Maybank Kim Eng & Overseas Units since 2012. He was the Director Human Resources of Al Rajhi Bank and was one of the pioneers who helped to set up the bank before its official inception in Malaysia early 2006.
Najid was with Sime Darby Berhad as Group Head of Rewards & Employee Relations since 2004 and was with Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia as Senior Manager Employee Relations & Benefits Administration from 1997.
Director of Business Development
Badariyah Baharudin
She has completed her Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Kuala Lumpur. She has nearly 25 years working experience in Educations, Customer Service Industry, Business Development and Service Industry focusing in Sales & business development and Total Project Management for the companies that she has served.
She has won several awards for her achievements in sales such as Best Sales Achiever Asia Pacific Adecco in 2017, Best Sales Performer for Malaysia in 2016, Best Sales Duo Award in 2010, Tops Club Award Achiever in 2009, 2008 & 2007 in Kelly Services Malaysia. She also has won few big projects in HR Consulting such as HR Transformation Using Big Data for Felcra Berhad worth about RM1.3 million, Competency & Assessment with Tabung Haji, Bank Rakyat and few Big GLC’s, Recruitment Projects amounting to RM5 millions with Few Big Banks in Malaysia and Soft Skills Trainings Projects too.
She is very passionate and self-driven in term of sales, business development and also project management. Energetic person and her motto in life is Do it right and do it Best from the beginning with passions and it will aspire you in life and professionals too.
Senior Associate
Syafiqah Mohd Najid
She is a graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Bachelor of Accounting (Hons). Currently, Syafiqah is the Senior Associate who manage Finance and Admin for both MNY Pillar Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. and Agensi Pekerjaan Pillar Workforce Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Syafiqah was the Assistant Auditor in Cheong Kam Tho & Co for 2 years and prior to that she was with Tay Wong & Associates for the same position for 1 year in 2016, where she managed to monitor and analyse the financial reports of various companies. Apart of that, she also helps in preparing tax computation and accounts for various companies. Syafiqah also experienced in managing the account opening, product documentation and other related account services requests at Citibank Bhd in 2015.
Not only active in university’s activities, currently Syafiqah is an active member in vocal group called El Coro Ensemble. The group had receiced Gold Medal Award in Vocal Group category at Bali International Choir Festival in Bali, Indonesia in 2018 and also rewarded with Gold Medal at Jakarta World Choir Festival in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2019.
